Hello!
We are just working on our application forms. One quick question, where do we have to write down that we are applying under NOC 2173????
Is there any place? Or just on the envelope?
Thanks in advance!!!

Sternchen30890,

You will mention it on Schedule 3 Form in section 12 (a). Clearly write down occupation and NOC code under which you are applying.

Generic form (Educational Detail, Q4), Schedule 3 Form in section 12 (a), and Envelope.

I have a question

My application is complete except spouse birth certificate.

I just need to know how important is this document.. I don't want them to come back to me after two months saying provide this document and by the time the cap is reached. I am applying in NOC 1112.

The spouse birth certificate will take two to three days so potentially I can apply on Thursday 10th July.

What is your suggestion?

Dear All,

Just got the notification of my CIC charged my credit card :)

Anyone knows how long it takes to get the PER Email?

I am repeating my question ok for relative proof of residence how many type of docs from list are needed? last one says credit card invoices and bank statements. I have asked for only e recent credit card statements which I have received recently and plan only 2 credit card statement of my uncle so will that do or credit card statement and bank statement has to be there, both. if only 2 credit card statements will suffice do I need more type of docs from the list or just this would suffice as there r 6 type of docs mentioned in checklist. People from forum claiming relative's points could they share how many diff type of docs of their telative they have submitted to establish that the relative is in Canada still. Please share ur views

Thanks Century,

Just 1 confirmation from you, that there is only 1 box in Schedule 3 form section 12.A where we can mentione the NOC but after that box i put another NoC as '/2174' by pen. Still it be considered for rejection as the primary NOC is still there as 2172 ?

and rest in section 12 b, i declared the NOC as per my experience.

and last, since i havent' received any intimation yet neither for DD and PER, what are the chances left for me ?
and in this case will the CIC return my DD ?

Please respond.

Don't know, what have you written in generic form, Educational detail, Q4. Whatever, May 5 applicant, no DD charged with a major blunder; it sound ominious.

Thanks for your reply,

All forms are completed carefully(not worried about that) except for that blunder(as per you).
Regrading DD, i dont have that information as it is charged or not as i am not getting any help from my bank. It may be possible that it is encashed.

The only major concern is that i dont have any of the information for anything, thats why asking in this forum.

Can anybody make such kund of blunder throw some light on it ?

I have entered my details in timeline spreadsheet but it's showing nothing. Please help on how to enter details correctly.
Thanks & good luck to all of you.

For proof of residency, comply with any one of the below points:

1. Residential lease agreements
2. Canadian Tax Documents (“Notice of Assessments”)
3. Monthly utility bills
4. Proof of employment
5. Credit card and bank statements

Brother, You are trying to swim against the tide, and unfortunately CIC sets the rules here. According to their rules (for the Canada PR game) for settlement funds although you might have assets like house, jewelry, vehicle and land you cannot show them towards settlement funds. Only can be shown as assets, that's it. Settlement funds should be in the form of money that can be liquidated at any given moment. So if CIC were to ask you for settlement funds tomorrow what would you have ready by tomorrow, along those lines. To many that ask is fair!

I understand this is not the answer that helps you, but as I said you got to play the tournament by the rules of the 'organizing committee'. Good luck!!! :)
