i have applied under NSNP this year but did not get any reply, now i want to apply under FSW 2014. here do i need to mention about the nsnp application in federal forms or not?

If you don't get any rejection letter from NSIO, you don't need to mention it.

A complex question.. if someone has done similar to this please confirm or seniors please guide..

I was in US 1 year ago and applied for 2174 but file got returned due to Cap.. I got PCC from FBI and at that time I got 2 fingerprint copy of FD258 form.. one I sent and another one kept with myself.. In that form my US address is mentioned.. Now I am in India and I may need (inshallah) the PCC from FBI again.. My question is can I use the spare copy of my fingerprint or do I need to send a new fingerprint taken from India and send it to FBI.. I checked with JK Consultancy in Delhi near Dwarka and they said that they do it and will charge Rs. 4000 for one person and Rs. 7000 for two persons.

Please advise.. I know I can use old fingerprints but I just have doubt because of change in address..

If the form is date-stamped (the fingerprint agency will note the date the fingerprint was collected) then you are better off getting a new set of fingerprints. You can print FD 258 on standard white paper and take fingerprints on that or that JK Consultancy can supply you with pre-printed forms.

Offcourse date stamp is there..but fingerprint does not change with date .. address changes..so will it be an issue or can I put a cover letter to FBI saying I was in US last year (June 2013) at the given address and now I am in india.. or no need to take chance just for Rs. 7000.. even I have PCC issued by them using my fist copy of fingerprint

It is your money, you can withdraw but keep in mind that VO can ask for proof of funds again.
Probably along with Medical request. So keep in mind how you gonna do that?
It advisable to keep at least settlement funds amount until you get Visa....Recently one guy was asked for POF along with MR.
and unfortunately, he withdrew funds....

Folks what I heard is once we get file number we can with draw funds. How far it is safe. Kindly give me genuine answer.

Well said. If we take into account the difference between the SpreadSheet and the Cap Update .. it is almost 6 times as many apps .. meaning up to 500 apps possibly .. Also as one forum member posted recently a 6 May applicants DD was cashed just on June 23rd .. so things are moving but volume is very high.

I know nothing about FBI, finger prints etc etc etc. However, I have a valuable suggestion. Go for the safest option which in this case would be to pay 7K and get the things done

You can always earn 7K in half an hour in Canada and won't regret your decision.

Yes, you would require FBI Identity History Summary report for USA. And yes, they send it oversees by ordinary post (might make sense to get 2 copies delivered - one preferably to a friend's address in USA, if possible, and one to your address in India - just in case the one coming to India gets lost). Fingerprinting can be done in India by fingerprint experts (look up at just dial online, or I hear police stations also do that). If you find a police station that does that please take 2-3 print copies of the FBI fingerprinting card , FD258 from their site when you go for fingerprinting. Currently it is taking FBI 28 calendar days to process requests. Read the link below:

So as the PCC validity is just 3 months from date of getting it I guess that should be good option.. Why did you get it done last month only..Have you sent it to FBI or waiting for AOR/MR and PCC R..

I had more or less similar issue with UPS but it got delivered on 5th day so you also chill out.
