Sorry to hear of so much delay in delivery of your package!!! Although it is not appropriate to say at this moment some of the forum members had advised you to use UPS, since it has the best service in North America, but you ignored the suggestion. Had you taken our suggestion things could have been better!
I sent package by UPS on June 17th and it was delivered by June 23rd 9:30 AM NS time. Just to let you know as soon as I saw the initial delay from UPS's side I wrote an e-mail to the CEO and some other senior folk informing them that there was 1 day delay in putting my package on plane and I see that in no way it can reach Sydney, NS on June 20th as promised to me earlier over phone. Then they had senior guys call me and e-mail me frequently on the updates to my shipment. Over the phone I made it very clear that I want my money refunded in case it reaches later than the promised date of June 20th, and now they are processing my refund as well. When it comes to professionalism I don't take $h1T from ANYONE. ;D
