My wife had applied for FSWP under two categories and she has got her PER on the 3rd of December for both categories as principal applicant.At which point do we have to withdraw one application? If we don't can she be rejected for dual application.Thanks for your help.

got per for both........means u have been charged twice for single purpose and your one app fees is gone in vain.......man r u seriously rich or something else?

the visa office will automatically cancel your one app...this year no one has received request to withdraw their 2nd app......but many applicant's 2nd app was automatically withdrawn by visa office.

You should get your PER by next week. As CIC is currently sending PER to 15-aug applicants. So your time is coming.

dear member....with sad heart I feel that your game is over. my take on ur case is

1. the ecas is never wrong, there is nothing like wrong entry or mistaken entry or what ever. they never ever input wrong applicant data in someone else account. at least till now we don't have any case whose entry was made wrong or someone else entry was made in his/her account.

2. as we all know that EE is going to launch in next month, the CIO and VO are working hard and faster to clear all the backlogs plus this year's applicants as well, cos its strongly suggested by all experts that fswp2014 will be no more after dec 31 2014. due to this rushy situation and may be due to ur app was rejected (be it at cio level), they have updated ur ecas rapidly without any standard procedure, and that's why we are having such erratic behavior from lvo.

3. people are right, without rprf,pcc,mr.........if its updated to "a decision have been made"...........that means a definite rejection.

4. miracles do happen.....there are cases who were rejected and later on accepted and processed,,,,,,,,there are cases where initially they were accepted and later on rejected.....even after landing! yes people have been sent back even after landing.......so hold on tight until unless u don't get any official correspondence from lvo or cio. for the 4th reason...I wish success to u and hope very best for u.

Can anyone share their experience of getting a PCC from Pune PSK?

My current address and passport address are different. Plus the place of issue is a another city, where I was previously living.

Seniors please advise where to apply for PCC if required. I had sent a PCC from commissioner office while sending my application. (PER received 27th November)

Congratulations for the two PERs. I just want to draw your attention that one applicant has got his file rejected unnecessarily due to what you did applying to two NOCs the same time.

For ECAS it is mandatory to have the UCI no. thus, if you are applying for the first time then you can't access to ECAS until you have your PER mail.
