I booked my shipment from Victoria, BC and there is a caveat that if you book your shipment before their daily cut off of around 3 pm then it will take only 2 working days but if you book after cut off then it could take 3 working days. The cost was around CAD 40 for over night delivery.

Try Fedex next time, it took two working days for me.

Things will be back on track after mid of May 2020 so expect a lag of 3 months due to Covid-19 disaster. As rightly said by someone in the thread that we're in the state of emergency and the government cannot invite more than 40 applicants in one/single citizenship ceremony. All the best!

You can count now 18 months from the standard timeline of 12 months. My citizenship application is due by end of this month and my state is not different than yours :(
