I have received two RPRF and MR for both NOC that I applied.Am I supposed to pay fees twice.At which point of time do they merge the application as one PR application?

Thank you canadamylove for your reply, +1 to you. We were worried about this. No we are not rich or anything, it was our savings.We just wanted to be sure it worked out and now that we do kinda hope they refund one application :)

My wife had applied for FSWP under two categories and she has got her PER on the 3rd of December for both categories as principal applicant.At which point do we have to withdraw one application? If we don't can she be rejected for dual application.Thanks for your help.
