Thanks for you advice . I am having sign of relief now.

I did search in through the forum now and found that Tolete and Smrithy had the similar issue of "WES contacting them to get the online access to CIC " and after they did they receive PER email.

Now patience is my virtue. which is killing me

People from outside North America , who is paying a lot for calling CIC ( international Calls ) , try installing "Magic Jack" , its a small VOIP app and calling is free . Sometime you might get some echo which is not bad enough .

Hope this help . Save some money while calling multiple times to CIC and your friends.

I would like to ask if I really need a Labor Market Opinion to apply for a work permit or I can apply for open work permit without an LMO because I already have a PER under FSW? Hope you can help me.

LMO is to be obtained by the Employer and not the applicant. I'm sure your employer must have obtained LOM from HRSDC and then he has issued the Job Offer Letter to you. Since you have already received PER, there is no need to worry. Chill & Relax.

Did your ECAS status changed from 'in process' and 'we have received your file on 16 may' to anything else?

Or

Did your file number now appear in ECAS system which was not there earlier?

How do CIC inform us that the file has been transferred to VO

As of now we do not have any case of NER after this status of "In Process". You will soon receive a PER email along with File #.

With lots of hope and prayers I am upto to hear for PER, thank you.

How do CIC inform us that the file has been transferred to VO

PER email is the best option that would inform you of the file transfer. It would take anywhere between 1 -2 weeks for PER email after the CC has been charged or DD has been encashed.

They may provide details of the events after registration.

so, this CIIP is for 4 country's only?
