Even I have applied under this NOC...I am bit clueless. When I sent my BE degree to WES, it was confirmed as equivalent to 4 years bachelors in canada. So what is the question?

I filed my application under NOC 2174, which reached CIC on 31st May. Off late there has been little update on this forum reg. 2174...Can someone please provide a figure of estimated number of the people under NOC 2174, whose fee was debited?

What could you say then, I have DD and don't have idea if it was cashed. I've got UCI over phone and checked online at it is "in process" in my ECAS and it says that they received my application on May 16, 2013. From your analysis, at what stage is my application then? Until now i haven't received PER. What can you say?

Well, if you have UCI that pertains to FSW 2013 application and you're able to check its record on ECAS (as in-process), its a good sign and indicates that you DD has been encashed (dont worry if you haven't gotten any information regarding DD encashment, as usually it takes 4 to 5 weeks to get back encashment info to the parent bank)....and your data has been put in GCMS that is being reflected on ECAS. Your PER must in the way. Usually it take 9 to 12 (or some times 15) working days to get PER (on email) after CC / DD encashment....for mine it took 12 days from CC charging to PER...
