OBVIOUSLY those who have not sent their apps MUST mention their VOs

Forget abt the rule books.
If you dont specify your visa Office, Application will be returned.
Look at the earlier post a video link has been posted which says what to be done.
Not everything is mentioned in rule books some are marked with *** and not readable.
Do not give them a chance of being in doubt.

Note: Do not select the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above.

Where wld CIO send the file if you dont state the VO. will they guess it or will be determine it using your country of birth or your present country of residence.
Nobody works hard .
i dont want any ones's rejection but minor things does affect our application. We have done a lot of hard work and thats why i want everyones application to be accepted.

Should I mention for this certificates during assessment?

No, I think you can apply to any of them then. I applied through WES (7 day express service). Please send the required documents carefully as instructed on WES website (country specific) to avoid any delays.

However, the decision should be yours.

I have a question if somebody could answer

If a credit card is charged..does that mean An applicant has met the criteria against ministerial instructions? or that is only determined after we receive PER email?
Is there a chance that a person might not get PER after getting charged?
Would appreciate if someone could shed some light on this..

Getting DD / CC charged simply means that you've passed the completeness check........not the confirmation that your application qualifies with MI eligibility. Its only after getting PER, that you can have satisfaction that your application is 100% in line with eligibility criteria and is eligible to be processed.........thereafter to be transferred to your local visa office. Even successful completion of this stage doesn't guarantee that eventual selection decision would be positive......

PMP is not considered as Formal Education, It is an addition and dotn think it will be counted.
MBA: Since you havent finsihed it, again it wont be counted.
Overall: Why complicate things with WES/ICAS/CES.
keep it simple.

Since its only one go at CIC, its better to play at Backfoot than play in frontfoot and come back to pavilion with regret .
Dont take chances that's all i am saying.
its not being pessimistic, even if I am rejected atleast i wont have that guilt that my application was returned due to my OWN FOLLY.
And about the OP bulletins and and other readable materials, there are loads hanging in my bathroom.
If they send back your application, would you SUE them with a copy of their bulletin in your hand, you are not even entitled to SUE them,
Keep the bulletin where the sun doesn't shine mate.
If you are lucky your application will go through, if not a minor mistake can ruin your chances.
No hard feelings mate!!!

that there is a possibility to pay immigration fees online..
more of this, i can pay 30$ in order to receive information about my application.

the idea was to settle down the applicant who already sent an app. unfortunately, you didn't get that idea and jumped.
no prob. lets finish it here as nobody is authority here to stop anybody saying anything.

I quoted OP bulletin and Rawdah quoted statistics from worksheet that nobody got their app returned even though they left the VO blank.

YOU QUOTED YOUR THOUGHTS. chill out man. you made a rocket science 'suing CIC etc'.
