Thanks, I am not gonna give up. Just called them twice now, one of them took my email address and said he would email me cic ns contact details. Sure I would also keep you posted on updates regarding my fresh DD sent. As of now, it was received by Marjetti at cic ns, this morning.

Dear idima, I am a 27th May applicant. I called CIC.yesterday twice, but no UCI found. Emailed them on 19th of July. I am worried because I had a separate package delivered today with fresh DD as the original DD expires soon. Hopefully they should attach it to original application package...
