Going for my medical this week, so all that's left on my application are that, SA (which I'm surprised didn't come today), and background check. Also learned today that my VO is Mississauga.
Have you got any update on eligibility or P1 email?

Medical updated on portal : 6 may
BIL: 11 july (appointment on Monday 15th July)
No pre arrival or SA received yet

I just had a quick question ,
Yesterday on our gckey the “review of eligibility “ changed to in progress. Before it said we have not started reviewing your eligibility yet.
Does anyone know what steps are remaining after eligibility?

Been waiting for several weeks for marriage certificate from Service Ontario in order to apply for inland Spousal sponsorship for my spouse whose study visa will expire soon. She is also pregnant and unable to have access to healthcare except we pay out of pocket. Can we put in an application using the Marriage License and every other pictures of our marriage ceremonies with detailed explanation and promise to send the marriage certificate to IRCC when ready? OR what would be your advice?

Contact the midwifes in your area. You wife should be eligible for prenatal care including ultrasounds. Free of charge.

You just need to pay the hospital bill out of pocket. You are looking at 3000 dollars vaginal delivery without epidural.

Good luck and congratulations on your wife's pregnancy.

No, you cannot use the marriage license. IRCC will simply send your application back as incomplete and you'll have to redo it. Has to be the marriage certificate.

Steps to be followed to get the Marriage certificate as soon as possible. We got our marriage certificate in a week.
1. Write a proof of urgency letter. The letter should clearly state the reason you are expediting your marriage license in order to receive your certificate. Include your marriage certificate order number and marriage license at the top or bottom of the letter
2. Gather your supporting document(s). any documents that support the reason you are expediting your marriage certificate. For example: your visa, passport, airline tickets, letter of employment. In your case, Visa and Proof of Pregnancy.
3. If you are in Toronto or nearby cities, You can go to Service Ontario at 47 Sheppard Avenue East, unit 417, 4th Floor, Toronto, ON M2N 5N1 and explain them and provide the Urgency Letter and supporting documents.
4. They may ask for the officiant's full name and how your officiant sent your documents (Via Courier or Regular Mail).
5. If you are not in Toronto or nearby cities, You can fill out the form (Select General Public) and upload the urgency letter and supporting docs.

It looks like December people start getting the final decision. I requested GCMS a month ago and got it today.
It's just the same as tracker.

Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: In Progress

Nothing special. The last update was Mar 26. So I guess just wait till Sep or Oct to hear the updates.

You can definitely travel, but they might not let you back in.

Are you sure? On internet it says if you have valid document which is work permit in my case I could re-enter
A work permit is not a travel permit. Do you still have a valid TRV?

If you don't have a valid travel document, you cannot re-enter. If you do have a valid travel document, they might not let you back in; your travel document is for temporary residency and you'd be using it to enter to pursue permanent residency. It would probably be ok, but a border officer would be 100% within their rights to deny you re-entry. This is why most in-land applicants do not leave the country until they get PR.
