Sponsor Portal is basically PR application tracker for sponsor. which does not show that much as PA's tracker

You don't, you will have to call IRCC about this specifically.

I would appreciate some guidance regarding my spousal application. I received the Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) on July 29 and have submitted my biometrics, but I still haven’t received the Medical Instruction Letter (MIL). I’ve seen many applicants receiving the MIL either with the BIL or just a few days later. Is it common to experience a delay in receiving the MIL?

Any insights on this would mean a lot to me. Thank you!
