I received my ecopr on Dec 02 and they mailed my PR card on Dec 18. I didn’t receive it yet though.

It might take a couple more weeks. My ecopr was on Nov 15th.

Latest update: received an email from IRCC today letting me know that, due to the Canada Post strike, my PR card is available for pickup at my local IRCC office. I plan to pick it up next week! The email said they will resume mailing cards in early 2025 for those unable to get theirs in person.

For reference, I received eCOPR on November 15th.

Received a similar email. Will be picking the card up on Monday.
