My wife got the call for her visa on July 25th requesting passport and she gets her visa today.
No interview and pictures, just passport

May you have a happy life ahead and forget those cruel months of waiting.
You guys are very fortunate.
Our VO (Vienna) although not on strike has not given any PR's to anyone so far in 2013. Not only that but not even a simple AOR or maybe an answer to our inquiries.

All the best to you..BTW. When is she landing?

Great news!! Good to see that a few visa offices around the world are working. Sadly there have only been two new COPR's issued in the last 2 months in New Delhi. This strike is really delaying a lot of applications!

Sometimes I feel so angry that CIC is doing its best in keeping families apart. Especially when I think of you with your babies waiting for your husband. This is totally unfair.
NDVO is on strike if am not mistaken. This is a total mess and cruel!
Our VO Vienna is not on strike but as far as I am concerned they might as well be because no one from 2013 has taken any PR so far. They are still behind in issuing PR's to 2012 applicants fcol.
I wish for the strike to be over soon so your family can be reunited asap

They need to stamp or otherwise affix the visa into the passport.

I can't even see the status anymore, after i put in the info it just gives me a strange blue box and anywhere i click it says thanks for logging out.

Oh, that's strange! Do you use mobile device or computer? I heard that there were some issues with the mobile version or something. With my computer it worked normally, just looked a little bit different.

If its ecas you guys are talking about we're having trouble as well. I use an iPad and it doesn't show the info?
