Yeah, was 2 days behind schedule, so thought they misplaced it :) Pheeew!
So much work went into preparing the package in most organized way ever,
and all the taking forever to get police certificates...

Can have a proper weekend now :)
Good weekend and quick AORs ans SAs to all !

Oh great! :) Really hoping more SAs come this week!!!

I was suspecting mine got delayed because I used staples. ::) maybe they got annoyed taking it out one by one for the scanning. Lol

Gary and Frettis, did you guys use staples? :D

Obviously non-sense here but here's to a sane weekend. :p

I wonder if the CIC officers gather around the watercooler complaining about that packages they got with the staples? LOL.

That's actually my theory. Lol. They prolly scanned the "easy ones" first just because taking out staples is annoying. Lol. I did this at work, and it did annoy me to take out staples. :p

No we put it in plastic folders (one for each, sponsor, me and supporting documents). No clips or staples at all :)

Hey congratulations my friend! Hope that by next week same time you get your SA.

I like to ask all of you here!
I checked on the Vienna spreadsheet and saw that some of our friends there their whole process took less than 4 months!
Of course there were cases were the process took 14 months and more but this was on some very difficult cases delayed especially by background military checks.
Unless the spreadsheet's formulas were corrupted then how can you people explain these very quick processes!

Can anyone here speculate?

Thanks messenger!!

Before filing my application I got one paid session with a reputable immigration consultant, and she said times seem to vary
a lot, and more correlated to how the application is organized and how straight forward the case is.
And not so much about which office it went to~
So she had very fast cases even in offices that are estimated to do long reviews.

So what we did was spending extra couple of weeks to make application and supported docs as perfect as we can,
all labeled, with title lists, contents index, printed pics on paper with labels, organized folders by events eg. first meeting, engagement, etc
Almost no staples, mostly paper clips.. and yada yada to obsession :) We're both 1st marriage, same native language, no kids, lots of pics, parents letters,
so I hope it goes smooth and all preps pay back... my hopes are to get PR by end of the year~

Good luck to all!!

YAAAAY!!!
SA March 1st!!!!
On to Step 2, good luck everyone!!
