What's the average duration between the AoR and Sponsor Approval? Is it still around the 30-35 day range?

Have a look at previous months spreadsheets. The gap between aor and sa is anywhere from 1 day to a week on average.

With a genuine case like yours, with so many proofs, you don't need to prove a lot - especially if you have been living together for most of the time in his country, and have 2 kids.

Yes we moved back November 26th permanently.
I'm not sure if you know much about India, and though I love the country because it is the home of my husband, in-laws and birthplace of my son, (our daughter was born in Canada) but you have to REALLY love someone to live there for almost 5 years! LOL. Power cuts, corruption, expensive schooling for kids (for the good schools), pollution,... It was not an easy 4 years, but I did it because I loved my husband and wanted him only to immigrate when he was ready. India is a fantastic country full of culture and beauty , but living there was a challenge, especially when you're used to the comforts and ease of Canada.
I just hope the immigration officers think the same thing. LOL
