Seriously? That's awesome news, yay, i'm even more excited now lol The website says processing time for Sydney is same as London's, but let's hope it won't take 9 months!

if you look at the spreadsheet, you'll see that for the applications processed ( and completed) last year, the stage 2 was done in 58 days for the fastest ( less than 2 months!), to 131 days. Of course, the ones that are not completed yet have been waiting for longer, but still - it's a very good VO. you can also see that most applicants got a stage 2 AOR where Sydney told them (nicely!) that their file have arrived (London never does that, sorry !).

So - indeed, it's a fast VO!

indeed - or until you get DM on ecas. That's what happened to me. Never got a communication from London (I sent Police checks, and asked them if they had received them, no answer). then one day it was DM on ecas, and the COPR showed up in Canada by normal post...

Sounds nice! Hopefully I get something similar. And with the problems ecas is having (I now understand as I can't log in after getting aor) I may not hear anything at all haha.

it sometimes takes a couple of days after aor before ecas works, so try again tomorrow. and the day after!

Don't worry. You know its there. When they get to it they'll message you. And make sure to check your junk mail folder too!!

You'll be fine some people don't get AOR, you'll be surprised you could jump straight to SA.

I do check my junk mail all the time. I'm extremely anxious now, but I still have that "fighting" spirit.

Nah don't be anxious..if you feel anxious you'll be anxious for the next 8 months!!

They have but and you know that..I know what you mean tho, its nice to get word from cic. But its there. The ball is already rolling

You're right, I shouldn't be anxious. Oh well, it's good to know that CIC is doing a great job after all.

My wife got an email today (21nd) that said they received our application on the 11th

Like some earlier I'm also a worry ahead of time. But we trust that the people who works with this is able to tell the difference between legit and sketchy

Of course it's never fun to sit around and wait, but we just have to keep moods and hope up and it will turn out for the good!
