Hopefully OINP is working today. The 19th Nov changes are already updated. They must be fast now issuing nominations.

May I ask does it affect our current EE profiles? I am an OINP FSW applicant with Canadian Degree (4-year full time on campus) . Would I get 30 points automatically on my existing EE profile?

I received a document request last week and sent my documents yesterday. Did anybody, who sent their documents, get a confirmation that OINP received them?

I was asked for additional documents twice, and they never confirmed they received them. As far as I know, it's a good thing if they don't say anything. You'll get an email soon, saying your file has been moved to decision phase, and soon after, your nomination!

I have three queries.

1. For the residents of Punjab, India, is it mandatory to get the PCC done from local Senior Superintendent of Police, or the senior ranking police official at the police station or can it be done from PSK as well ?

2. I am currently in Australia and my wife(primary applicant) is in India. Can we get the PCC of my wife from PSK India and mine from Superintendent of Police, Punjab India ?

3 . If I need to get my PCC done from Superintendent of Police, Punjab, what all things I need to get mentioned in this PCC ?

PCCs issued from local police stations specifically covers the clearance for the applicant's stay in that region only. In India, if the applicant has stayed at the same address for their entire duration in India, then the applicant can go ahead with the PCC issued from local SP Office or District Police Station.

On the other hand, if the applicant has stayed in different cities or addresses in India, then the best would be to get PCC from PSK. PCC issued by PSK is applicable for the applicant's entire stay in India as it does not mention any address of the applicant. In this case if you go for PCC from local police station, you will need to get multiple PCCs from all the places that you have stayed at, which is not advisable. So PCC from PSK is the best and easiest to get.

Your wife can get it from PSK, but you will have to get your Indian PCC done from Australia.

Actually ack letter is not good in a way. They have paused the nominations for a while and thats why they are sending these mails since few days. But they will soon start sending nominations. just hope they start it soon

I would be thankful if you helped me with this.... I can't access my job bank account!!!! It is expiring in 5 days! :-X I forgot the password and when I enter my info my name family name and email for new password it says it is wrong. Can I make new job bank profile for my new EE profile?

hi, u should make a new job bank account with a new email id. Job bank account is just needed for job back validation code. If u find your old one u can deactivate it. Even after deactivating u need to make a new account with new email. That's what I did I dont know if there's a better way to do it.

Score falling below 400 DUE TO AGE is NOT AN ISSUE. But due to renewed ielts should be a worry so if your ielts is not expiring then you should be OK.

And to get an IRCC ITA, do you have to again stay at 400 or just 67 out of 100?

Hi All

Need URGENT advice. My EE profile has expired and i am filling it right now as i write this post. In the section "Immigration history & citizenships" do we select YES or NO for "Has Gayathri Ravi Shankar applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

This is my question as well.... Would you help me?
In 2007, I applied for CIC canada and in 2012 the money was refunded and the process was cancelled for all the applicants of the period without any reason.... What should I answer?

I could access it finally abd activated it.... Should I deactivate it again and make a new one for my new EE 2016 profile?

Also, Do I need a new Personal Reference Code or can I use the one from 2015?
