If you read my post properly you will see what I wrote. I said the same will be given ..means it is not given right now but it may happen you get preference because they have slowed down or paused the nominations of FSW applications.

Instead they have added

Nov 2015 guys are waiting , December guys are waiting..you dont have to get frustrated so early because when they flood they flood like hell with nominations.

Well the reason is always with OINP, but they have restricted the nominations to CEC class and activated the addd. doc req for all. They are unpredictable.
But I dont see more then one draw this year. If they dont nominate more and more people may be they get ITA in 2017 now.

But a rough guess is they dont want ON people to take part in next draw as they want new EE profile makers with high score to get ITA. Province still gives 600 points so if province nominated are there then others would not get a chance.

They just want to prove that the changes they made on 19th gave ITA to so many Intl students !!!! Then they will go shouting, that so many intl students increased the points and got ITA...the new system is Successful.... and the EE pool will be House Full !!!

absolutely right.

Imagine they start nominating again in January it will take few months to nominate all. so they want to be ready with add doc req done. Then they will flood like hell in january, but stage wise for each draw.

Relax man. Mzasam only means that he/she cant trust his/her eyes that they are accepting 7000 app. When the quota is 5400.

In a way you will not have to wait for one yr as we all did. Good for you. Good luck.

Need URGENT advice. My EE profile has expired and i am filling it right now as i write this post. In the section "Immigration history & citizenships" do we select YES or NO for "Has Gayathri Ravi Shankar applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

Thanks man. Well it is quite intriguing to why they have such high numbers for 5400 applications. Maybe they were thinking ita would go below 450 this year lol.

As part of new changes on Nov 19, I understand the new regulations allow individuals to be awarded 50 points for a qualifying job offer for Individuals with Intra-Company Transfer work permit.

Does anyone know if the employer letter provided for work permit application is sufficient or it has a be separate offer letter(like say when you join as new employee)?
