Ecas is weird for me, it's only got my partners name and then this:

If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status

But no actual information about the status of the application. Very strange

You should click on the underlined status and then you would see more details.

You can check the status of your application by going to ECAS and that truly depends on your VO if he/she will be updating that regularly. Majority of them are pretty good.

You could also order your notes.

With regards to the spread sheet, we are in luck. I just happened to have print screened the spread sheet from a few days ago (I wanted to track the progress of the aor and sa's this way) I was able to add Stretchiee, fornaxe, and Saradan back on. However since the print screen shots were taken a few days ago, it's possible there are others I may have missed

Hi, so i called the immigration office and they told me I had to contact the visa office and just shut the phone after i waited like 25 minutes to get thorugh.

As i mentioned before my onine status shows decision made and no email or letter yet :/
how long does it take to actually come for those that got their SA, is it 2-3 days because its been about aweek for me (feb.25) since they said decision made. I am confused

From posts that I've read it seems we are unable to see anything until SA. Again I'm not entirely sure of the process or how it can depend on who handles that certain application.

NO! don't check the box. read what it says. if you check the box, you are taking away the ability to see your application status online.

it is normal for only the sponsor to be able to see information on ECAS. the applicant won't really see anything until AFTER sponsor approval, and even then, it still may not have anything. just relax. ecas is not a great source for knowing what is going to happen with your file. all ECAS does is tell you what you already know!

Congratulations samjj2! That's wonderful to hear! I noticed your info is not on the spreadsheet. Would you like to add it there so it can help to track the progress? If you are not comfortable updating the spreadsheet you can post your info (such as when you're application was sent, received, etc) and we can add it for you. Thank you!

Your information was already on the spreadsheet but someone had made a mess of the spreadsheet by duplicating/deleting stuff.

I have fixed the spreadsheet again and your information is now entered only once and correctly.
