I am afraid to say that it was probably a glitch with their previous version of CIT0002 form. I had the same problem. After putting your SIN number, when you click some where else on the form, it removes one digit by itself. That’s probabaly why they updated the form within a week.

Sorry to mention this, but they will probably return your application as it is sent to the wrong address. It's best if you call them and check your mailbox regularly. It usually takes about 3 months for you to receive a returned application. :( :( :( :(
