Yeah it is and its the weekend too, on ecas it actuall says they started processing January 8

I sent mine Oct 24 , it says they recieved it on Oct 29

Got my AOR today submitted Oct 24

i dont have a tracking no. to confirm when it was delivered/accepted. And to ask if we should be deleted is not fair at all.

I just did mine in September, it's easy enough and just don't over think it, just two set Listening and Speaking.

I send it as regular mail, no tracking no. so I can't really tell when they received it or not, just waiting for AOR to confirm they received it I guess.
