On ecas I see the same as you: I received SA yesterday. Apparently they update ecas on Tuesday's. If you haven't heard by then, click on the link and see if it says anything beyond application received.

I got real AOR yesterday 5 March 2015. So the one I've got in 28 Feb with that inland mistake was only for MIDI, to request CSQ. Now I have UCI containing only 8 numbers, but still cannot log to ecas.

The papers for QB are send from my part, no idea if we should wait first for SA as other members are told by CIC, we'll see. They anyway made a mess for QB.

If anything new, I'll post.

@gonzales have you sent your app to QB? have you got any SA letter meanwhile?

Is there anyway that we could trace if the vo had received our file or is working on our file just lime what we saw on the website.....working on applction received etc....so we have an idea?...

ECAS starts working just a few days after you receive your SA. Sometimes it takes a couple of days, and sometimes more upto weeks.

You can check the status of your application by going to ECAS and that truly depends on your VO if he/she will be updating that regularly. Majority of them are pretty good.

You could also order your notes.

Thank you for updating the spreadsheet RYIT. Greatly appreciated! The reason why I did not add a VO office is because I have no idea which one it will be sent to. I am a German born citizen so technically it should go to Vienna. But I grew up most of my life in Switzerland, which could mean my application goes to the Paris office. So I will have to wait until I receive SA before I know for sure which office to put. When I hear something I will update the sheet.

I hope for you sake it goes to Paris (fingers crossed for you!). The processing time is listed as half the time compared to Vienna

SPREADSHEET

I noticed this morning that there are people missing from the spreadsheet, the column I added last night was deleted and the top half of the spreadsheet was frozen.

I re-added the missing column and unfroze the top half of the spreadsheet but besides deedee33 I am unsure of who else was deleted.

The spreadsheet now goes from application sent date of December 19th and then jumps to 24th. Any applicants between those dates were deleted. If you applied between those dates can you please re-add yourself.


If there is anyone that doesn't feel comfortable being able to update the spreadsheet without deleting/formatting the sheet please feel free to ask me to do it on your behalf.

Most VO's abroad will send AOR2 or you can continue to check ECAS.

Ecas is weird for me, it's only got my partners name and then this:

With regards to the spread sheet, we are in luck. I just happened to have print screened the spread sheet from a few days ago (I wanted to track the progress of the aor and sa's this way) I was able to add Stretchiee, fornaxe, and Saradan back on. However since the print screen shots were taken a few days ago, it's possible there are others I may have missed

Congratulations samjj2! That's wonderful to hear! I noticed your info is not on the spreadsheet. Would you like to add it there so it can help to track the progress? If you are not comfortable updating the spreadsheet you can post your info (such as when you're application was sent, received, etc) and we can add it for you. Thank you!
