the cic may act fast starting from next year to finalize all applications in the current system so that they can proceed for the next EE applications.
so may be jan or feb and all applications and processes will end in another 3-4 months.

Thanks for sharing such useful information. But they have prioritize NOCs so dont know which NOC has been charged on 22 October, kindly let us know if you read NOC of that applicant. We'll appreciate your help. But I personally think they will begin charging December applicants by January end.

Yes, I think so. Charging will be started by January end or February first.

Phd stream is totally different. They check their completeness not compared to NOCs. I think they included applications in update till first week of December atleast. January shows how much applications they included in their update. Meanwhile I did send email to CIC one week ago, and hopefully I will get response in next 30-35 days.

I sent my application package a few days ago on December 23rd and it is supposed to reach Sydney on December 30th, do you think I'll make it into the cap of 2281? And do you think it is ok if I submit my Express Entry application as well on January the 1st when it opens along with the paper application?

Guys i need your advice! I made a serious blunder while applying, coz i was in extreme hurry.
I forgot to write my NOC and category. Which is supposed to be mentioned on the envelope. But I mentioned it on self addressed labels.
I just placed my self addressed labels along with my bunch of other docs and enclosed them
in DHL envelope....... My envelope reached yesterday. I m so worried
What should i do now?

If you wrote NOC on your envelope then it will easy for them to place your application on respective category. If your NOC cap is not the one near to 1000 then you may not have serious problem since they will open your package later on and place your application in NOC group based on your application's NOC details.

This is my assumption. I believe they don't reject your application for this reason. Good luck
