Guys,

CIC charged 22 October applicants. I have just known that from October Applicants.

By this, they will begin charging us by Mid Feb.

the cic may act fast starting from next year to finalize all applications in the current system so that they can proceed for the next EE applications.
so may be jan or feb and all applications and processes will end in another 3-4 months.

In my opinion, CIC updated the NOC cap till November 19 (as per phd cap update i.e. 227 out of 500). So, there are 187 opportunities. So, we can hope we will be in the cap.

Phd stream is totally different. They check their completeness not compared to NOCs. I think they included applications in update till first week of December atleast. January shows how much applications they included in their update. Meanwhile I did send email to CIC one week ago, and hopefully I will get response in next 30-35 days.

I agree. +1 to you. Thats why they also check completeness of applications till December updated Caps as compared to slow completeness check in past, because they wanted to prepare for EE as they promised they will handle application in 6 months when they launch EE.

is that ok ?
my consultant told that it is ok
there are lots of rejections due to missing birth certificate

Hello everyone!

I am new to the forum and the immigration system. Found this great forum and had been a silent member for some time and looked up for guidance. I managed to send across my documents on 23/12/2014; I know its a very close call ??? , however I still decided to give it a shot. What do you guys think, will I make it?

through which courier company you send your documents. CIO will be closed only for 25th and 26th and hopefully your application will be reached in 3 days if you choose UPS

YUP ITS ABSOLUTELY OKAY.... DONT WORRY I M SURE U VE ATTACHED UR 10TH STANDARD CERTIFICATE IN WHICH UR D.O.B. WAS MENTIONED AND AFFIDAVIT STATING UR REASON FOR NOT PROVIDING UR BC... ARE U HAVING UR NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE[3YRS] FROM UR CONCERNED BIRTH AND DEATH REGISTRAR...????

I am not yet a Senior. Anyways, it is not included in the new form and there is no need for agitation. The form was updated in November and the segment for VO was a significant line that was removed.
