i have asked to call CIC after 2 weeks or at the beginning of next month. After my DD charge,I have not yet received any further communication from CIC.

the applicant is responsible for all mistakes done by the consultant and cic cant be held responsible. you have to take legal action against your consultant. there are lots of fraudulent lawyers/consultants/immigration firms wholoot the money of their clients.
