Hi Everyone...!

My Name is Sunil Kumar, I am from Mumbai, India,
Well I ma sure i would be from the last bunch applying under the current system,

I sent my application yesterday for the category - Construction Managers - NOC 0711.
My shipment is on its way and has been scanned at Heathrow today morning...! Latest Update.

The best Christmas gift that i can get is my application reaching before 31st December, fingers crossed.
Due to Christmas / Year end leaves the shipments are getting delayed and their are a lot of backlogs to be cleared.

I'll keep you all posted about the latest developments.

Then what about the number it says about "Total received toward the overall cap: 11,544 of 25,000" top of the table.

4565 are pending applications waiting for MI acceptance 95% of them will be accepted so consider them included in the cap

Guys what are chances to be in 1000 applications on noc 1111
if we take into consideration that my documentation arrived there on 16th december

only CIC official can tell you the right answer but I think its very tough for us I am 1 December applicant same NOC all we can do is pray

I do have an urgent question; my brother took his ILTES exam early December and he will be receiving his results on December 28th. However, if he mail the documents on the 28th from our country it will not reach CIC before the 31st. Is there anything else could be done?
I was thinking of asking him to mail the complete signed documents to me in Canada and I will mail it from here including scanned copy of his ILTES results along with explanation letter, do you think this will work?

Your advice is highly appreciated!


CIC has clearly written Original Ielts results its a Gamble go for it as there is not other option

To update the cap is the last priority for CIC. They do not update cap weekly (as they mentioned on their website)

I think they will update in 1st week of Jan which will be final update and yes you are write they don't update weekly

Same situation, delivered by 24th Dec but no signed by.

it means .. package is delivered by third party.. not by the courier company that you have paid to sent. that,s why your courier can only confirm the package delivery. if u want to get the proof about the person who received the package. you need to get the reference number of third party by calling your courier service .

i sent the my package by DHL, n got the same response from DHL site. i got the reference no of Loomis express by calling DHL, from there i was managed to confirm the identity of the receiver and his signatures.

I dispatched my application from Dubai since 21 Dec.. Now it's about to be delivered "at Nova Costia Courier svc. Office"

DHL said it will be delivered on the next working day.

Next working day???? 26 27 28 29 30 31?????

i think it will take 7 days to Canada..
