I haven't seen one, but they are easy to make if you don't mind updating them. Just copy one of the previous month's sheets and save it as a new document, deleting all of the entries so you can add April applicants.

Well I'll take your word and send them an email, hopefully this time they get back to me faster than last time as we're going crazy not knowing whether we'll go away or no, and good luck to me with calming my husband down 8)

They give out the email address for a reason. They have no reason to think you are psycho hahaha, it's only natural that you would be concerned about your application. When I emailed them they replied within a few hours.

The thing about the call center is that they don't have access to applications that are being processed outside of Canada, and as far as CIC is concerned, Ottawa isn't in Canada because they deal with Outland applications. The most they will likely tell you is that it was transferred to Ottawa. So emailing the VO is probably your best shot since the call center probably can't tell you whats going on.

Ottawa is contributing to my theory that they work on Family Sponsorship cases for a period of time and then they work on other application types for a while.....according to our spreadsheet there hasn't been a PPR in over a week. The sheet won't let me do a data sort on the PPR or COPR dates, but my "eyeball" review says that the Ottawa activity happens in spurts.

Just send a PM to me (IvanP) or Shylox. The spreadsheet used to be open, but too many people fiddled with the formatting, so we had to restrict editing to just a couple of people. I'd be happy to add editing rights to others who might be interested in helping to maintain the spreadsheet.

That's probably a good idea, someone should give him a hand since I'm hardly ever around. Any volunteers? Don't be intimidated by the technology it's really not hard at all, just click in the box you want to add info to and type. It even saves itself automatically.

Well, I know how to do it since I have the Jan 2013 SS.... but I already one, so if someone else wants Ottawa, I'll defer.

I'll still be updating it when I get PMs and if I happen to see someone with an update while I'm snooping around on here so it won't be an everyday thing especially since IvanP is a ninja at updating the spreadsheet. Sometimes I think he does it before people even know they got PPR/COPR/whatever hehe
