CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Does anyone have any information regarding this question I am about to ask.

My wife is currently being sponsored and the Visa Office has her Passport since September. My wife is due end of January. Also when my son is born he becomes a Canadian Citizen by birth because of me as I am born Canadian. He also could be Afghan as I have dual citizenship (Afghanistan/Canada) and my wife has Afghan Citizenship. He will however be born in Pakistan unless my wife comes to Canada prior to the birth. So my questions are...

1) Will my son be a Pakistan Citizen if he is born there(I dont think so but just want to know for sure)
2) If my wife is coming via PIA to Canada how late can she come before her due date?
3) If my son is born prior to my wife getting her Passport with Visa stamped what should I do? I need my son ASAP in Canada as I plan on Visiting Pakistan soon after my son is born and they only give 45 day Visa and do not give extension currently. So need my son and wife to come with me within 45 days of me being there.
4) Also my wife originally did her re-med without Xray on Sep 10. Then Oct 4 she did went back to Islamabad IOM to do her Xray. I feel that the xray part has been lost or has not been attached to the earlier remed. What should I do
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

no i didnt order gcms , its a hubby case, but my online status changed in process on oct 17 ,
i dont know wat there doin.

Okay..my ecas says :
Under sponsership application status : Decision Made

We received your application on December 14 2011.

We sent you a letter on February 7th 2012, about the decision on your application.please consider delays in mail delievery before contacting us.

And under Permenant Residence Application status it shows Application Received.

We received your Permenant Residence application on DECEMBER 14 2011.


No med recieved nothing! I don't like jumping on conclusions..but is my file still in Canada?? :-X :-X

If ur wife gets her visa before that then she can deliever in Canada is can she travel.
if not u have to wait till baby is born n no he will not be a Canadian, u have to get him birth certificate n passport from CHC so the baby can travel to canada wit its mother.

If you are citizen then no problem, he will become citizen if not than
You should inform CHC about due date of Birth. They will put your wife's application on Hold and once delivered you can send them birth certificate, copy of passport and they will add him to your wife's application.
