Salaam everyone. an update from my side, ALHAMDULILLAH got PP back with visa this morning , whole process took 15 months and 5 days since app filed. the detailed timeline is posted on the side.

I have one question from senior members who already got their visas, how much time do we have to make an entry to Canada, is that the expiry date on the visa that they stamped on PP? cuz mine is for oct 2013 when the med expires. also, whats the significance of Confirmation of permanent residence, do we have to fill anything out or sign anything or what?

Dont be scared, i emailed them 2 months before, still waiting for their reply...dont send them consecutive emails or else they will spam ur email. wait for few more days

My lawyer told me that don't send email to CHC, it can't speed your case even it will make delay your case whenever they respond your email they pick up your file to answer you than they will put your file documents on wrong sequence which may cause delay.
