Dude I called Islamabad for appointment they said they can't give me appointment
I need fax or email for appointment too !! Meaning they won't return my pp ! Now I'm stuck in pakistan for Dont know how long!
I don't even ve my family here :s

Dear its not the list of ppl who applied in august ...It is the list of ppl who got decision made on ecase in august 2012. CHC took so long to return the pp back bc of eid holidays ..It took 15/20 days to the ppl of the list to got pp back after the visa was issued.BTW I got aor in dec 2010 and got my case finalized in aug 2012 ..It was a simple straight forward wife case with my 6 years old son.

Awwwww! now it makes sense!

islamabad embassy is messed up.. they ask for pp in 15 days n they dont return our pp for months.. losers!

The worst part of it is the uncertainty. You don't know how long it might take. Perhaps they think that immigrating is the only thing we ever do. They've wrecked half of my professional life already, and have put the other half at stake all because I don't know when I'll be leaving Pakistan. So many of our decisions depend on this one factor alone, but who seems to care?

They've wrecked half of my professional life already, and have put the other half at stake all because I don't know when I'll be leaving Pakistan. We tried getting an appointment with them. After a lot many tries we finally got to talk to a human and not a machine. That inhumane human told us that they don't give appointments to discuss immigration cases. But yours is a genuine concern. The americans are good enough to mention in their letters that if you need your pp back during the process you can email them. chc here damn cares.

True. I've quit my job already cuz of the deadline I'd been given by CHC. I would've not been able to serve the notice period at work otherwise.

it seems like only one or two people from our long list of Mar-June re-medicals got PPR in the past month.. it's been the 3 month mark for alot of people and even 6 month mark for people who got re-medicals in march.. what are they doing?? I think inshAllah it will rain PPR and many people will get it together inshAllah this month

that is why I am ordering GCMS notes again...you never know maybe they've sent a letter and, Allah na kerain, it got lost...its possible!! and you can see in the GCMS notes if they've sent you a letter or not etc.
