bestplace, may I know why you stayed here in Canada for 2 weeks only when you got TRV? If its not that personal. You could have stayed here and extended your visitor visa. Right? In fact you could have withdrawn your outland PR application and filed an inland one when you were here in Canada. Please share your thoughts.bestplace4u said:

Visa can be extended, but you must apply for extension as soon as she will arrive in Canada, must see the timeline of extending TRV. PCC can be made during absense, the only thing, they will put absent stamp on police report, in case she do not appear personaly and that really does not matter, but you know our country . . . . that can be dealt too . . . . . As far as Immigration Forms and medical is concerned, she can fill the forms while she is in Canada and of course she can also have medicals in Canada, it cost somewhere $ 200-300. She can plan travelling back once she receives the PPR . . .bestplace4u said:

Yes it is not a human right for everyone in the world to immigrate to Canada but if you frame the argument from sponsors point of view...sponsors are Canadian tax paying Citizens and they are entitled to unbiased services from their government within a reasonable amount of time. If this government's actions are creating a hell on earth for the citizens then I beleive there can be an human right angle t o this situationBaloo said:

When I stated that it can be human rights issue, I am referring to Canadian Human Rights Commission. I am not suggesting to send an appeal to UN Human Rights Commission. Canada has human rights commission at federal level and each province has its own. These commissions have much higher standards. They take cases where a group of people, specially minorties, have been discriminated. The have heard cases on employment, housing and other areas. The human rights commissions in Canada have also attempted to expand their jurisdiction by accepting cases which were markely different from the original intent for the foundation of these rights commissions.
