Did she work in Canada in 2010 ?

yes...she did...but she has already applied for 2010 tax return...
i'm planning for the next year

Oh okay.. since you guys got married in 2011 therefore she can't show you as a dependent in 2010. A tip for you; tell your wife to send you some money, it would help her show you as a dependent in 2011 tax return. Is she working this year and paying taxes? If thatz the case, next year she can file for 2011 and get more return by showing you as a dependent.

From the people who have been on the forum and long gone they said they got everything back some even got all proofs etc with the passport.

YES they do return everything you sent them when applying to missisauga and during the processing of case... ...even the send the photocopies of the documents...
immigration forms are the only ones they keep with them

Just wanted to share a small bit of news with you all. I got my caips notes on Saturday Morning finally
(thank you maximus for all the help on that

even though most of it is undecipherable, the VOs' comments are very positive alhamdollilah .

last set of comments on 25th feb:

"have reviewed file and am satisfied this is a BF Marriage - it was contracted legally, consumated, lots of contact- appear to be compatible in age and education so will waive interview

also psdec= 1 and seldec = 4

That is great brother, one question though. When did you apply or mail your CAIPS request. I sent mine last week and just trying to get a timeframe for mine.

I sent my request March 4th and they were sent out to me April 7th and I received them on April 15th

It was cashed March 28th so I knew they had received it but the notes themselves came later

thank a lot brother for the advice... will do the same...she is a full time student...but she earns thru co-ops...although she earns handsome amount of money BUT she spends lavishly whatever she earns
i got a typical fazool kharch pakistani biwi ;D ;D

LOL don't worry when you will be living together and will have more responsibilities and places to spend she will learn to spend more wisely. ;D
