thank a lot brother for the advice... will do the same...she is a full time student...but she earns thru co-ops...although she earns handsome amount of money BUT she spends lavishly whatever she earns

LOL psdec is just the first screening they do and seldec is selection decision but I think that only applies to quebec applications who need selection certificates

I finally got my CAIPS notes...in there this is what i found:

1 Jun 2010: applicant has written rukhsati reception will be held in Ottawa. proxy marriage and there is not much credible evidence of on-going relationship between applicant and sponsor as a procedural fairness, file to interview queue to address relationship.

Then on 7 March 2011 it says: letter informing sponsors visit to Pakistan with docs recvd. Sent to file. Have reviewed file and am satisfied that marriage is BF. It is legally contracted and appears now to be consummated as spouse cameback for a month. there has been regular contact between them. IMM 8's and PC's are stale dated and meds need to be re-done these will be requested. otherwise will waive interview.

mashAllah !!! I told u didnèt I that your visit to Pakistan and the pictures and all the other proof turned your case around.

but more than that, I personally think its your prayers, your faith in Allah and the fact that you are a reallly nice person that helped your case

That is great brother, one question though. When did you apply or mail your CAIPS request. I sent mine last week and just trying to get a timeframe for mine.

i mailed in the forms on 7/8 march ..and received this saturday. hope that helps

mostly it is PCC Supplementry form or Remedical if you havent done.

That is what my hubby says that i wish i have a larg amount of money and give it to you and i am sure till night it gonna be even less for you..................and my mother in-law also says beti money save karo ,but muj say hoti nahi hai lol ajj jiss nay diya hai wo kal be dy ga Allah bhut bara malik hai kal ko kiss nay dehka hai lol i am sure when my husband read this post he will call me lol

That means I should expect to receive around 200+ pictures when my wife gets her visa (still no PPR though )

you're still waaaaaaaay behind me in sending the pictures...i sent them almost 1400 pictures ;D (900 wedding + 500 post wedding)...we got tired when we saw all those pics one by one ;D
