CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Hi guys..some plz help.. my husband has done his medical and sent his passport along on August 3rd,2012. but he
still didn't get back his passport with visa stamp.and e-cas also have not changed it still says in process.
Should i e-mail them to see if they have received his passport and medical???

What was the date on the letter your husband received from the embassy. Secondly from where he did Remedical ? It takes around 45days.

And today too it wasn't the postman when the bell rang, it was the maasi. I have asked her to pray for me too. She had predicted that I'd be with my hubby within this month. But september is about finished, and I will be celebrating my birthday without my hubby again, for the third time God forbid, but it seems that CHC is all set to make me celebrate my 6th eid after marriage alone as well

inshallah u will be with ur husband on this BARI EID.
(i know how difficult is to stay away from husband and especially on that type of special days).

look at BABBI case completed within 6 months

i heard new cases (2012) from pakistan will be compeleted within 8 months after approval

my brother sent his appication 3 weeks ago let see howlong it takes

dnt b worried mahwigul m also from kpk,, i also heard smthing lyk dat about KPk,,, but one of my frnd who ws 0ct 2010 case she got hr visa in Ramadan n left for canada on 14th sep,,, and miserable (member of this forum) is also from kpk ,,,n her hubby case ws completed in april i guess,, inshalllah by the strt of oct our PR ll b in our hands,,, keep ur spirits high

this is bullsh*t im sorri but not fair that we are sitting here not knowing wat happening with our cases n most 2011 n 2012 cases being alreadi finalized....

not 2011 cases... they r keeping couple of ppl's passports for 3 4 months and not stamping visas and for some ppl they r not sending remedical/ppr or ppr.... this is really frustrating...

n am the victim....in the category...those who r not receiving their remed n ppr....really annoying n frustrating
dnt know wat they want ....they r finishing new cases while leaving behind the old ones who r really the sufferers

I highly recommend you write to your MP. They may or may not take action but they represent you in the government.

I have already done it and they are looking into it. Any progress i will post here.

Even if your case is done, write to them of your experience. You may not be affected by it but it may help someone else OR you never know, tomorrow you may want to sponsor a relative or grand parent or someone in your family goes through the sponsorship process. I wouldn't wish this process on my enemy so defn. not my own blood. Just thinking out loud.

Same question i have that they are working on 2011 and2012 cases and how about 2010.why they are not considering us.......

anyone know who to contact regarding spouse cases, coz ma MP John Mckay is not doing anything jus sending an email n saying its in progress n 22 months n same answer always

i want to talk with someone in high authority that will help ma case n others as well...
im not goin to sit here anymore to wait n i have done that for the last 22 months n nothing has been done...
