if u order GMCS notes will it slow ur case down? n how mani times can u order it ?

i have alreadi ordered it twice lol n i also dont want ma case to slow down since its alreadi 22 months of waiting...

I dont think that it slows the process down. so far as how many times once can order it there is no limit for that.

as far as i know if you order electronic file then it wont delay case but physical fiel will do......

yeah i do it by email, but someone said before that it will slow down ur cases cuz immigration officer
has to work on GCMS notes n while waste time wen it come to actual case... so im confused

No it does not .......... how slow it can be than 22 months ....... its my 26th months ........... and as i said security checks not started even ...... well if they dont start anything how can they slow it down ............ In last two months I have ordered caips notes 3 times ................. i am doing it 4th time ...... by law u can order billion billion times ..............

if u send email request to CHC ISB that slows down the case .............. coz slows down them ..........how much chance there is that wen ur GCMS are printed at that time immigration officer has opened GCMS .......... 1 in a billion ...........

so no worries keep ur self updated .......... its law and ur right .......

qamalik how long did they take to send you the notes? and i've heard that they don't put BFD on them any more. Is that true?

i applied for GCMS notes in June and thats how i came to know that my case is in Interview queue. Last month sent a request to transfer my file to CHC london got an email back with generic answer but not really sure weather it has been transfered or not.

Alright. We're also ordering GCMS now just to make sure that we are not in the interview queue. I thought they were decent enough to inform people about it through mail. I wish you the best of luck, and whatever is in your best interest.

2. micmac101 (Well they asked many questions about our relationship. How long have we known each other,when did we get married. One was about the age difference me being 58 and him 40.I had converted to Islam in 2006 and had hard times. He was intoduced to me through an online friend I had known about 4yrs.
The interviewer was impressed about my coming here to visit him several times and my husband told him i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband.
We had brought more documents for them to be examined but he said they had enough already.
The interview to 2 1/2 hrs. My husband came out smiling and was told a letter would be received in the mail. Now what all this means I don't know but we hope and pray its good news coming.)

3. amoham27. My husband case was not in que for interview because it was security interview I think that does not need que they just call you for it....My husband said it was the most hardest interview ever...He was asked many many political questions, views on war questions, case specific questions, marriage related questions, mostly security related though....They watch every single answer you give, your reaction, your response, your facial expressions, your answers and they write every single thing you answer. The key is to be confident, aware of questions and aware of your answers, keep good eye contact that is all and lots of lots of duas off course.
