I do not want to disappoint you. You have to wait and have patience for PPR. Re-med does not imply PPR in two weeks or two months. it might take two three months or might take more than six months depending on the complexity of the case you filled. if it is a straight forward case and you have provided them all the required docs, your case can be processed faster and you can get PPR in quick time.

this is the reply i got

Dear Client,

In response to your email, please be informed that this application is in process, and background checks are underway.

If any further information is required you will be contacted. In the meantime, please wait patiently while the application is processed.

can you please tell me i have been interviewd in october 2011 after that they asked to resubmit medical and pcc from london i did that still waiting for ppr .. i emaild them they replied that they are checking background .. its been three months after interview . and now if i apply for caips how long it will take or does it effect my case as every day i wake up checking that today i will recieve ppr .. what do you think please tell me what this caips is and how long it take .

Yeah.. that $40 site is a Ripoff. Here is how one can order CAIPS:

Scan all the forms and send them in attachment to this email address ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca.

You can use credit card form IMM 5667 and they will charge the $5 on your credit card.

Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual Form (IMM 5475)
Access to Information and Personal Information Request Form (IMM 5563)
Credit Card Payment Form (IMM 5667)

Make sure you select that you want to receive them via EMAIL. If the option is not on the other form you filled out then you can even write it on the form with PEN that you would like to receive them via EMAIL. They usually comply.

I didnt know abt the cost i checked and found out its 40 bucks...
i had to order them for someone else and i did it via mail not email jst bcoz of dat stupid $40.00 thingi

Hello did u do rukhsati or sent a letter in response to marriage not genuine letter ? I also recieved same letter but i had done rukhsati so i sent them all pics etc etc. Please let me know whats your situation ?
