Why are there so many nikah only cases guess people got money to buy $2000 tickets every time do the job first time dont have to waste time and money

My wife's Address also re-appeared today after disappearing after Dec22, Status still the same "in-process" no new comments /entries etc.

Thay have her passport since 2nd week of November after RE-MED and PPR on Nov,03.

Hello did u do rukhsati or sent a letter in response to marriage not genuine letter ? I also recieved same letter but i had done rukhsati so i sent them all pics etc etc. Please let me know whats your situation ?

Hi muzmil,

when we received letter our rukhsati was not yet complete and we responded with explaination stating of date when rukhsati would be complete. In November I was able to make the trip to Pakistan where we did complete rukhsati as we explained in our response and we provided pictures and supporting documents shortly after.

Now just waiting for CHC-ISB to respond, I did order CAIPS 3 weeks ago as well.

I believe we who all applied via nikkah only cases, applied during a crossroad where nikah only cases were still being accepted while at the same time being phased out.

Everyones situations are different and circumstances complicated, where our case was as such. Many personal variables led us to only complete nikkah before applying during a time when some cases were being accepted.

Today, I believe nikkah only cases have completely been phased out and I do not recommend anyone apply while only having completed nikkah. Just our luck that our application was filed during the transistion and now we have to accept and wait longer for completion after completing additional requirements not previously complete.

To each is there own, and this is my opinion.

Its all good and I couldnt agree with you more. Was just stating that everyone has their reasons for applying in this fashion. If I knew what I know now, i would have done everything differently, like completing ruhksati.

Some people are stuck with stupid rules of CHC no matter how well the file is presented or how lucky the person is.
I am another victim of CHC's useless and crapy rules

Sorry to ask you but did you submit, enough pictures, was your photo copies all good enough, chattings, tickets, receipts, emails, phone bills, cards, love letters ? Maybe age diffrence can be a reason.

well the package was almost 1 KG so u can imagine what have i sent them.

Travel History of the applicant
Second marriage of Sponsor
Where bride is elder then Groom
Nikah only cases
Applicant previously sought refugee status in Canada
Applicant previously lived in Canada.

Rest God knows best.

you know they also see if the marriage was arranged. Suddenly u see a picture and accept for a marrige is kind of strange for them. anyways hope u stop suffering

I still have long wait ahead there are people from 2009 who were in interview queue and are still waiting.
my suggestion to u get ur rukhsati done ASAP
