I just copied the following material from wikipedia without reading it hopefully cheating would work

Rukhsati

The Rukhsati (Urdu: رخصتی) (sending off) takes place, when the groom and his family will leave together with the bride. The Qur'an is normally held over the brides head as she walks from the stage to the exit in order to bless her. This is a somber occasion for the bride's parents as it marks the departure of their daughter from their home. The departure of the bride becomes a very emotional scene as she says farewell to the home of her parents and siblings to start a new married life.

Traditionally, the groom travels by a decorated horse to the bride's house and after the wedding ceremony takes his wife in a doli (palanquin) to his parents' house to live. The horse and the carts have now been replaced by cars, and in sharp contrast to western weddings, it is typical to see a quiet bride with wet eyes as she sits in the car beside her husband leaving for her new home.

They failed to mention that the horse is morbidly obese, farts loud, u have to spank him hard/whip if you like that better ..... before he moves ...... and his name is Jason Kenny

Good day!
hope u all are doing fine. As far as I have sent requested documents e-g pictures and IMM forms in November 15th to CHC-ISB, they didn't reply me back yet. But in mid of December my adresse was removed from e-case status now today it's again showing my address.. But I didn't received any letter.
Wat does it mean? Have they reviewed my file and I ll receive some thing soon?
Pls give me Ur precious suggestions.

My wife's Address also re-appeared today after disappearing after Dec22, Status still the same "in-process" no new comments /entries etc.

Thay have her passport since 2nd week of November after RE-MED and PPR on Nov,03.

similar case here...

have passport since nov
address came back today
still "IN PROCESS"

so diappointed

I got objection on sept 5 2011, i also got letter to refill imm forms , pcc - Then after 1 week i got re-medical, I submitted rukhsati, valima and honeymoon pics on Oct 5 along with all forms, new PCC etc on Oct 5 - I also did re-medical on sept 23rd and my online status showed medical results have been received.


But Since then my address has not disappeared.. Any ideas how much longer i need to wait ?
