Apeal process will be done here and past experience shows your turn will come after 6-7 months If appeal is won than case will go to CHC again and its up to CHC again how long they take it.

hhhina sister how much is the service charges ($) Lawyer asked for? and who is this lawyer.

I know a very good lawyer and he lives in Saint Catharines. He is the best!

Dear brother, if you allow me to give my opinion. A marriage can be done in a traditional way and all the proofs of marriage being conducted as per cultural norms can be accepted but it does not necessarily constitute the status of BONA FIDE marriage since all those rituals can be done to deceive embassy (hypothetically speaking please dont take it personally) what they are questioning is the geniuness of your relationship not the proofs of rituals u have provided. I am not sure why you ignored to answer what would be your Plan B if they decline visa, it raises questions marks and gives them reasons to further investigate the issue.

Also 1 2 ka 4 you have to keep in mind you left the country day after your Nikkah.

Also if I remember right I think you said you have benefits for your wife ie medical, dental etc. If I was the officer looking at your file that would raise concern in my mind saying you are trying really hard. I mean come on why would you pay extra money for benefits when she can’t even use them.

But of cause I don’t know you case so can’t assume anything.

I personally think they also check that after wedding function how long the couple have stayed together. If u observe no one who has lived with his wife or husband after wedding for a month or two have not received rejection letters.

well lets see what will happen to us since i got married at the middle of january 2010 and i was there tell end of Feb and after six months again i went since we had lots of pictures during our function ,but for out going and going to family members home we only had movies then i went and we got lots of pictures and send them with AOR again i stay with my hubby for 2months i come back Nov 2010 lets pray we hear somthing positive Inshallah
