I made a mistake in my PPR date. Its been corrected. But I dont have visa yet. I didnt apply in 2011, I applied in Dec 2010.

I got a morality lecture here, thank you for waking up my dormant soul, all I wanted to say that as Pakistanies we are discriminated, sorry you did not get the subtle message, must be a flaw in my communication skills, thank you anyways at the end I am introduced to a wonderful human being like you, pleased to know you and will strive hard to come upto your standards if deemed necessary.

I do not hold myself above anyone and I just came across that message by accident and just felt it was unncessary. We are all in a bad waiting game, with no promises that it will work out either way. Correct, it gets asked for in the first month of file arrival, but then you wait many many months after that. I do hope they manage to speed things up for people in Pakistan. Take care.

I do apologize if in anyways I have hurt your feelings. I did not need to point fingers at Dehli Embassy because they are not the one's who decide cases in Islamabad, I was just referring to the fact that despite being the same culture (pretty much), our processing time is 8 times higher. Lets call it even and definetely a truce. Once thing is we are all in it together and trust me, Us in ND don't think at all your wait times are fair, nor do we understand them. Although Canada makes the call, I think its more pressure from US because they are an Islamaphobic nation. Lets face it, and Canadians realize that when it comes to political issues, our gov is in bed with the US.

I never thought you insulted Indians or India. And you are right, we are essentially the same culture, we were one people not so long ago.

First of all, they are in their own thread feeling stressed about thier own files and seeking support from others in their respective VO, so why are you concerned about them complaining or not. Each person is only concerned with their own spouse and for everyone the wait is excruciting. Secondly, ND makes the PPR request very early in the stage for security background checks, and is no way a reflection that they have been approved for the visa or that it will come soon. Im sorry that your VO is taking so long by why feel the need to be hateful of others just because they hurt too missing a spouse, even if the possibility their cases will be solved faster. To eac his own pain and by God grace they find strength in others and not this negativity.

To sweet and well said. Friends now of course. It was definetely unintentional and defientely dont want to start a war. I misunderstood and overreacted. Everyone is on edge. Sorry for my part in starting this and for being rude and offensive. I should have reacted or at least posted something better. If you bothered to read the timeline, then you would have realized that was after there was a bit of a misunderstanding between me and the OP. After this, we came to an understanding. It is you that keeps this issue up. Why? I am said I am sorry, and I am taking down the other post in good faith, like i said this happend before the apologies. And I created a misunderstanding between a few people for which I can only apologize, but not between two countries. I am sorry if I offended you as well. I hope we can just end this. I took my statements down on the thread and also said that many of you were gracious enough to accept an apology for all the misunderstandings we had. Anyways sorry, and no act of innocence, I wrote without giving thought and I own the mistake.

that is sad indeed..............Is your lawyer going to appeal in a court of law or to embassy itself to review its decision or did he tell you that embassy wont accept it and he would eventually have to go to court of law and altogether the process can take upto 2 years
