CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

By the size of it.................. call it a ship with no life boats on board, the ship is being sailed by lunatics and their Captain Jason Kenny has recently drawn in elections. rest of the lunatic crew is still on board and just yesterday they sank three to four passengers

Friends, need your opinion on below concern.

Per the objection letter received in Oct 2010 they said "Marriage is not genuine as it appeared RUKHSATI is not done, provide detail reason and future plan. In addition (to my wife) explain in detail what do you know about your husbands. Also provide more pic's & proof". Every thing (reason/future plan/what she knows about me) provided plus some high-level documents from Canadian institutions containing my information along with my wife name & D.O.B

After providing all above CHC re-confirm the Canadian documents info with CPC-M (CPC-M ok'd to CHC) AND file was reviewd again in 2nd wk of Dec 2010. In 1st wk of Jan 2011 email response "There are certain issues which cannt be resolved by having in-person interview."

Immediately I ordered CAIPS. Rec'd CAIPS in FEB 2011 and per CAIPS note "Marriage celebrated in tradional ways, attendees & parents from bothe side appeared in Pic's, all the proof and supporting documents are acceptable. Background & medical are clear and valid.

Interview Reason: (1)To test relationship BONAFIDE,(2) to discuss that sponser still in opinion Reception will be done in Canada (3) Applicants didnt answer what plan have they made if we reject the visa.

My question/concern: Why they said in objection letter marriage is not genuine than in CAIPS said celebrated in tridional ways and acceptable, may be they changed the note after receiving reason & proof (Need your thoughts)
If marriage and all proofs are acceptable than why to test relationship BONAFIDE through interview (Need your opinion)
What is the degree of risk that they can reject the case even after interview even though marriage is acceptable. (Need your opinion)

Dear brother, if you allow me to give my opinion. A marriage can be done in a traditional way and all the proofs of marriage being conducted as per cultural norms can be accepted but it does not necessarily constitute the status of BONA FIDE marriage since all those rituals can be done to deceive embassy (hypothetically speaking please dont take it personally) what they are questioning is the geniuness of your relationship not the proofs of rituals u have provided. I am not sure why you ignored to answer what would be your Plan B if they decline visa, it raises questions marks and gives them reasons to further investigate the issue.

and brother if you dont mind giving details of high level institutions, if this means CRA, it does not mean anything to them, if you want us to think about it more clearly you may like to provide more details unless it is classified information to you

so if he finds somone why becuz cic is asking guys to stay bachlor for a while and in our case a little longer for my husband to stay as a bachlor ... dhoodlein but mujh jaisa pyar kerne wali nahi milegi tubelight ley ker bhi dhondein gey to lol

Also you may like to consider doing Rukhsati before the interview is scheduled, your wife has to be flawless in interview, any mistake or even subjective feelings of interviewing officer can turn the tables.

Nahi bachlor life mey jo marzi ho lekn shadi ke baad sub boys 100% wife ke he ho jate. Mark my words. aur CHC ki wajha se tu 200% wifes ke he ho gye hy.

Itna to biwi deserve karti haina? 100% to kam hai. But haan is forum par jo biwiyan hain wo bhi koi kam nahi apne shauhar se pyaar kartin.

for the envy of all of us .................this is the timeline for spousal immigration New Dehli and they guys are complaining about it as why we have to wait for few months, thats unfair and all I could say .........aaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwww my baby come to CHC-ISB and u will go running to your Mommy

I really need advice here. My friend in Canada is going to have her Nikkah in Pakistan but no ruksati. She wants to then apply for her husband. What you guys think is it better to apply after ruksati or only nikkah is good enough?

Nowadays they are asking for Rukhsati pictures along with several other proofs and supporting documents of the relationship. They don't just care if you are married, they want to see how strong your relationship is after and before the marriage. I would strongly suggest for Rukhsati if she wants to avoid uncertainity and dissappointment with the immigration process.


This is one of my previous posts, it might help:

The duration of this whole process depends on three factors:
1) Number of applications
2) Embassy Staff (Number of staff and efficiency)
3) Strength of your case (Sufficient proof of relationship and marriage)

The first two factors can't be controlled by us. But the third factor is definitely in our hands. Remember now they look for sufficient proof of relationship and not just a marraige certificate/Nikah nama and the wedding pictures. Now they are more interested in the constant communication proof such as Phone bills (call durations & text messaging), emails, online gift receipts, webchat logs (msn, skype), financial support, restaurant/hotel receipts. It would help your case if you show them pictures of cohabitation after marriage if there was any. Valima (Reception) pictures help alot along with Rukhsati pictures. Rukhsati is very important as now they don't issue a Visa without rukhsati.
So just make sure you submit all these proofs if you havn't submitted them yet. You can send out these supporting documents voluntarily. This way it becomes easier for you to prove the relationship to the decision making officer and you get your visa much quicker.
If the decision making officer doesn't think that enough proof of relationship is provided, he would put your file on the side and ask for more proof which would take alot of your time if you don't have it and in some cases you have to go for an interview if there is not enough evidence of relationship.

i thnk they shld do nikkah rite now... thn after 6 months do full shadi....send all d proofs... thy will open ur file n 9 th months..... n wid all d proofs, thy mite get visa quickly... this is wat happen to some ppl

Each person is only concerned with their own spouse and for everyone the wait is excruciting. Secondly, ND makes the PPR request very early in the stage for security background checks, and is no way a reflection that they have been approved for the visa or that it will come soon. Im sorry that your VO is taking so long by why feel the need to be hateful of others just because they hurt too missing a spouse, even if the possibility their cases will be solved faster. To eac his own pain and by God grace they find strength in others and not this negativity.

ur time line n ur signature does not make sense ??? u appllied in 2011 , n got visa n 2010...how is dat possible....?

I got a morality lecture here, thank you for waking up my dormant soul, all I wanted to say that as Pakistanies we are discriminated, sorry you did not get the subtle message, must be a flaw in my communication skills, thank you anyways at the end I am introduced to a wonderful human being like you, pleased to know you and will strive hard to come upto your standards if deemed necessary.
