CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

hello boys and girls.

Got reply from my MP office. Brief summary of the email is...

CHC-ISB told him that my / wife's file is ok. Nothing unusual. Medical valid and Background checks underway. The file will be completed before Feb 2013, which is average processing time. Asked him (MP office) to check back in 3 months. (&%*&%^%*^% thats December! / 25months).

So in conclusion, if i don't see overall progress of other cases around my timeline by mid-october, I am visiting my wife in October / November.

I have yet to respond to him. Nothing much i can say besides Thank you. Unless i can provide proof that cases of 2011/2012 are getting done faster, i can't do much but wait like the rest of us.

May Allah grant us the strength of the continued wait....

I would say ....... i dont trust ur MP ............. let Feb 2013 come and MP would shit in pants .............. as they mostly say ...... nothing is in our hands ........... then WHAT THE HELL UR SITTING IN OFFICES FOR...... f k n open a Macs store or 7/11 there ..............

Atleast ur MP is telling you information in details mine, John McKay lady only says its in progress n we dont know how much more time it will take,,, Bullsh*t ...

you're right, a couple people did get PPR and inshAllah June re-medicals will soon start to get PPR.. keep your spirits high folks, don't lose hope!!

I ordered GCMS notes early sep...still waiting. I don't have any vacations left to go back to Pakistan. Our 2nd wedding anniversary is coming soon but no more vacations for the rest of the year. My husband and I are going thru severe depression. My family doctor has also written a medical note for me which I sent to embassy 3 months ago but it didn't help. Oh God....pls help all of us, We really NEED ur help. :'(

same here next week is our second anniversary insha'allah, and ma parents wont let me go back to ma inlaws house (stupid adults having problems and getting us involved)... n now im twice as depressed n ma hubby is losing it on me so its like 10 people against me n im goin crazy ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

same here next week is our second anniversary insha'allah, and ma parents wont let me go back to ma inlaws house (stupid adults having problems and getting us involved)... n now im twice as depressed n ma hubby is losing it on me so its like 10 people against me n im goin crazy ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

My husband's remed was done in March 2012 but no PPR so far :'(

hey mujgani its nothing to do with ur inlaws its all depends on ur husband............agar woh chahe apni begum ki izat karwaey yah bezat.........well according to me husband is responsible for these kind of situation.

yeah i understand wat ur saying sis, but ma in laws are crazy they have good people but then they do the most stupidest things ever that jus drives u crazy. you kno how it is back there they think girls in Canada are little wh*res running after them, n stupidness cuz they have lots of time in their hand n come up with a lot of useless things to say...
But i dont care bout that i jus want ot be wit ma husband but ma parents dont understand n they keep coming with excuse after another... n now its having an effect on ma marriage... so either way im either being tortured with CHC, my husband being mad at me, ma parents saying im being irresponsible and ma in laws are an plus to this situation

Visiting my wife and hoping for our email enquiry reply for completing her application before I leave in three weeks time. It is a long shot, but i'm glad to be with her.

Update for my wife's application:
Did go to embassy to ease my mind of trying even though I knew it was pointless, with no luck. Even as a Canadian citizen I could not go in to discuss, however I received Caips report this morning with positive news.
Wifes file was reviewed in July 2012 and our relationship is finally considered and stated to be genuine, after submitting ruhksati pics and more supporting documents last November
Latest notes were for medical to be resent and file to be forwarded to wvr, for officer review with the bfd changed from int to August 2012.
Wife received and completed medical, but results are not attached to file yet.
InshAllah everything will come to an end soon after medical results are received. Medical was forwarded to New Delhi at the end of August.

CanPak05 - great news! Progression has been made on your case. Atleast file has been reviewed and is no longer in interview que. I remember reading your post a while ago that your wife's file hasn't been reviewed in months but God has a time for everything. Bas yehi dil ko samjana chehye ke Allah miya ne har cheez ka time mukakar kia hua hai. InshAllah soon your wife will get PPR and you'll be out of this mess.

At what stage of application status changes from "application received" to "in process"?

Does "In process" mean everything is good to go even the background checks?

Does "In process" mean officer has reviewed the file?

Pls help karo meri.....It has been a month and 10 days my file changed to "in process" and have not yet heard anything. Our anniversary is coming soon and no PPR :'( .

Just want to share with everyone today i heard that cic islamabad was closed for last few days bec. of that bombing happened in usa embassy.i think thats why we did not hear anything from the embassy .daikhoo apnay log hi apoon ka kam kahrab kartay hain. .if anybody know what is happening in islamabad please share.
