Nothing will happen. 1 month is a reasonable duration of time for a visit. As long as she is not staying for 5-6 months it's not a problem. It's a good idea to keep copies of tickets, boarding passes and take pictures during the visit in case they ask for proofs

Do you think that Immigration Canada just gave the MP's office a generic reply to ward off any further inquiry?? yes 100% accurate MP offices don't really know anything / can do anything for you. If you sent enough proofs when you got married - don't send any more. Enough would be 50 - 60...

Alhamdulilah my hubby arrived safely to Canada. It took him 1 hour and 1/2 to get to arrivals once his flight landed (that's baggage plus all immigration). He faced no problems and the process was quite smooth.
