Hi guys -just want to share soemthing with u.plz see e mail below.
I was very depressd and soem one from this forum advised me to send e mail to this addres.and here is the answer after 27 days.
i realy don t know when they will get time look into to 2009 cases.or may be interview time n stuff.

This is in response to your correspondence of October 25, 2011, addressed to the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, concerning the sponsorship application for your husband,

I appreciate your wish to have your husband join you in Canada. Family reunification is a priority of Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Accordingly, every effort is made to complete the processing of spousal applications as quickly as possible.

There is little that I can add to the explanations already given to , MP, by the visa office in Islamabad on November 18, 2011. Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, visa officers outside Canada, who have been appropriately designated, have the sole authority to issue a permanent resident visa. These officers are trained in the assessment of applications and the requirements of the immigration legislation and policy.

Our records indicate that your husband's application is in the queue for interview. The visa officers will contact him when an interview has been scheduled.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I trust this information is of assistance.

Its been 22 days and I havent gotten my passport back...whats going on? ???

Itna wait kiya tora aur sahe ....its almost on its way.

I m on 17th day today . No PP yet :

hello friends, I got a call from MP office , My case is kinda screwed after the objection letter so he told me to wait another 6-8 months... he also told me that there is a huge backlog of applications but from this new year 10-12 more staff members will start in chc-isl, So the timeline can drop back to 15-18 months. So i think its a great news for all the applicants , please keep praying and remember me in your prayers too..

dear sis, u can apply for caips through email..and u should be able to receive your notes through email..so that way u wont have to worry about snail mail delays

and attach the following documents:

access to information and personal informatin request form
(IMM 5565)

autority to release personal informaiton (imm 5475)

credit card payment form (im 5667)

prrof of your canadian residence (e.g pr card copy or canadian passport copy etc)

just scan and email these documents at the above mentioned email address

yah bhai yahan 5 months junior ho yah senior sub ka case saat he horaha hota hai........lyk c cic working on different Months file together.....nob he just have 1 travel history nothing else.
