I am APRIL AOR. And my wife's address disappered 2 weeks ago and still hasn't come back yet. and I e-mailed them this week, i got confirmation but no reply. Same with my wfie too, she e-mailed- got confirmation, no reply. Hope this helps.

I don't think its necessary. A lot of people's address havent disappeared.. so I don't think that should be an issue.
