please can u share ur timeline?? my case is also wife case which was filed in jan 2010. i got a objection letter saying my nikkah doc is not correct coz nikkah was done over the phone and n0o wakil was appointed for the groom. the molvi saab misguided us saying wakil is not needed . now we have addressed their concerns. we got email saying file is in que to be reveiwed by immigration officer. HOW MUCH TIME IS MORE? no remed is done yet. expired in oct 2010.


NOW THEY DONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS((( IM DISTRESSED BEYOND BELIEF (( PLEASE COMMENT

hmmm wow well atleast your case is in process again thats a good thing and you got out of the objection part. It might take a bit longer for you guys since there was an objection and they want to make sure everything is genuine and correct and follow their protocol....

My timeline is as follows:

01/2010 - Applied - CPC-M
03/2010 - AOR from CHC-I
02/2011 - rePCC, IMM & Supp Forms
05/2011 - reMedical

And now waiting for PPR InshAllah...As I said earlier that Emailing should be good, however, you should not flood their inbox with too many email or your will go to the ignore list. I have sent 4 emails in my last 16 months of processing and received a reply everytime including the one I sent last night about proof for remedical.

My file was opened on 20th May and since then in q to be reviewed by decision making officer. RePCC, Remedical, IMM forms everything is done. Insha ALLAH PPR next.
Do anyone has any idea how long they take for a decision making officer to decide ? Its already been 25 days.

Thats the worst part about it, unless the case is rejected you can't file an apeal!

Sad to hear that Bhai. What about If you go to PK now and reperform the Nikah with full shadi as that may resolve the issue.

Those cases through which they are pissed off normaly they dont want to touch unless more proof and documents are provided. Same here with me. Remedical/repcc/IMM forums done in Oct 2010 since than no update other than saying interview required but in reality I know they even dont open my file.

BHAI I HAD A FULL CEREMONY IN PAK .. 200 PPL ON RECEPTION , 125 ON MEHNDI. I HAD HONEYMOON WITH WIFE IN DUBAI.THAN AGAIN IN JULY2010 I WENT TO DUBAI WHERE MY WIFE CAME FROM PAK WE MEET THERE AND STAYED FOR 10 DAYS. WE HAVE SENT THEM 50 PHOTOS OF US TOGETHER. WITH HER PARENTS, CHACHA , KHALUS, BROTHERS ,SISTERS EVERYONE. THEY HAVE NO CONCERNS OVER MY MARRIAGE.WHEN I GOT OBJECTION, I WENT TO CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION ISLAMABAD FROM TORONTO TOOK MY WIFE WITH ME AND TOLD THEM ITS OUR MISTAKE ABT THE NIKKAH DOC BUT WE ARE HAPPILY MARIED HUSBAND N WIFE !!!


NOW WHAT ELSE CAN I DO??

They will open your file on the next BF date assigned to your file. Once your file is reviewed by the decision making officer, you will get the PPR InshAllah.

I am just giving all of you new applicants a headsup! Ever since the new policies came in September 2010, everything changed. I know this game is not easy to play most of us are waiting here for 1.5 to 2yrs time already and our cases are still in process. I am saying all this becuase I have seen, learned and experienced all these situations, and am not making any of this up...There really isn't any way to challenge this process and the officers are given way too much authority to ruin one's life in a second when they reject an application. Thats the only time you are allowed to file an apeal within 45 days, if you fail to do so, you will have to re-apply from scratch! I know its bitter, but thats the truth! These immigration officers are specially trained to have no sympathy for anyone!!! They are basically heartless...

For example us, our ecase status has changed to decision made on May 31....no passport yet, no replies to my email i sent on Monday.....just a long wait........

Nornally the BFD is 45 days when they request for documents. So what you think how many days they require for this.

They will open your file on the next BF date assigned to your file. Once your file is reviewed by the decision making officer, you will get the PPR InshAllah.

I misunderstood your point as you said we had Nikah over the phone. Now concern is clear. You are good now bhai and there should not be a problem for CHC to process your file. Did you make an appointment with CHC to visit them or just simply walk in, I am planing to visit them also.
