Salam all,

I have a query, well my wife (sponsor) shifted her location in Canada, so she need to update her address at CIC Call Centre toll-free at 1-888-242-2100 or its not necessary ?

CAIPS notes is just a print out from the system and is done within Canada by CIC. Islamabad is not involve and therefore have no impact on your case. I found the CAIPS very useful and it gives me full idea whats happening with my spouse case. Infact I was very surprised to see how negiligibly they handle our cases.

What does mean CAIPS, and how CAIPS can be useful for me.

She can also change it online by login into e-case, it take 24-48 hrs and than new address will appear. Alternatively she can call at 1-888.

CAIPS is the system which Immigration officer is using to put his/her observations and details of your case. So by ordering CAIPS notes, you can see what is the process so far on your case. There is no other way to find out becasue if you ask Islamabad they will only send you a generic reply that your case is in q for review or sometime confirm the receipt of letters they recently received from you.

plz reply to the point ,thx in advance.

* how much time shud ppr take to come after re-med .while background cheks r done.
* will i change my mailing adress for ppr ...coz rite now my every mail goes to canada to my lawyer first and then he ends it to me which takes extra one month time ... im thinking to change the online adres but how ... then do i need to leeave lawyer or shud i ask him tht i want to recive direct mails frm embassy and if i wil need his assitance then i can infrom him ..!!
at the end ,plz pray for everyone and for me so tht v can see our families asap aftr getting our approvals .

Ohh man, you guys have been waiting for a long time. Any objection on your case? why so late brother?

I don't know sis/bro. they are taking too much time i had sent them a request letter that my wife is pregnant i have to be there in june but still they are not looking my case. i wrote in letter dear officer please make decission of my case i want to go there for my wife for my baby i want to see my baby i want to feel him ............

they have no heart.

First lesson they teach in medical/political science and CHC-I training session is that take out the humanity factor out of you and be a stone heart person regardless of any situation. One must follow the given policies and rules.

Allah Kary Esa Hi Ho, Main to bohat preshan hun 31, Jan ko last letter aya tha reply bi diya hai lakin us k bad say phir khamoshi. ek bat batain plz agar ye letter main likhain k within 45 day required thing send karni hain embassy ko aur 42 days tak reply do to kiya ye naraz ho jaty hain hehe... cuz kuch prob thi k main jaldi nahin bhej saka re-pcc and imm forms. app logon ka experience kiya kehta hai? kahen isi waja say to dair nahin ho rahi?

Nahi, if they don't have the requests documents after 45 days they put another bring forward date on it, and that when the filed gets opened...no issue, cuz they know sometime people have issues getting the documents gathered!
