You are absolutely right.. hum se umeed se is the perfect saying for all of waiting. Jo asal umeed ho gi woh to Canada jaakay hi puri ho sakhti hai.. it's like they have a contract with the family planning agencies as well... bachay mat paida karnay deyna in applicants ko! Jitna delay kar sakhtay hain karain.. tak 40 saal ki age main phir yeh hi sing kar sakhtay hain "dil to bacha hai jee" khud ko khush karnay k liye. Extremely frustrating process man. Dil se gaalian nikalti hain in haramzadon k liye.. sorry koi agar offend hua ho.

After re-medical is it good to inform visa office about completion of re-medical. Coz DMP will send document in Two weeks to India. In most cases re-medical result from India takes minimum of one month.

If you wish you can mail them copy of your receipt .........also you can scan and attach and send it by email ......... rest they would know it automatically once it is forwarded from India to Immigration

Well right now ISL is taking about 7-8 months or more for the initial review. Then if something is missing or by that time they usually want updated stuff from you. That will take another 3-4 months. If then everything is fine ur husband will get a re med and/or ppr. The whole process for male applicants are taking at least somewhere bw 15-16 months if ur lucky. You still have a long way to go. Doing a lawyer wont quicken up ur process at all. If u had to do a lawyer u should have done it before filling the case. He could have make sure that all the required docs are there and put in order as they are suppose to be. Ab there is no point of doing a lawyer if the case is straight forward. Ab all u have to do is wait. 6-7 months wala processing time is long gone. It used to be like that 3 yrs ago. Good luck..

So wait, my husbands case has not even been looked at? wat is a ISL? It has been 6-7 months altogether since ma husbands case has started, i kno we are being patient coz i see people from 2008-2009 are still waiting. But come on, how long can it take them to do one case, pro. not more then 3-5 months. I get mad at how people who are lyin to bring ppl to came have it easy, but those who are married and their cases are reall, they have to wait n be punished.
Again Allah'Tala is Merciful and Marabon. I hope everyone re-units with their husbands/wives. Can u please explain the way of how a case is done n the steps please.Thank You

If so, then you only write your own info and the information of the person who lives in Canada doesn't need to be on it

Don't worry about it, My bring forward date was 19th June 2010. That's the month my medical expired. I've been in queue for interview since then and I haven't heard from them at all. Looks like they just forgot about all the 2009 cases. All I can say at this point is have faith in Allah. We'll be compensated for the time lost.
