Hi All,

I know this may be a stretch question, but so many threads it is hard to keep up. Plus i cant read have them

Wondering if anyone who has applied with only Nikkah has received PPR? Lost cause

It wont be until October before I can go to Pakistan, but my concern is a decision will be made on our application before then as my wife did her re-medical in April.

You will have to do the rukhsati and the whole nine yards (all ceremonies) to proof them that your marriage is real. There is nothing you can say to proof otherwise to CHC-I that you are a real couple. Its unfortunate but thats how they roll. The only way you still can get PPR without rukhsati is that if CHC-I don't check on your file that the whole wedding ceremonies have taken place and issue you a PPR (but what are the chances of that happening)
And thanks for stealing my LOGO (just kidding)

I just wanted to share a good news that my wife's passport arrived with visa stamped today by TCS. The TCS guy called her first in the morning and it arrived in the afternoon. The package also included a completed PR form and all original docs submitted with the application

Yup, she did her re-med but that doesn't mean that they are all clear for Visa issuance. Don't believe CHC-I until you have your visa in hand. If I remember correctly there was one guy here on this forum was called for PPR and than was asked for interview after sending his passport.
I really don't want anything bad to happen to our brother but just stating what I have noticed in the past couple of months. CHC-I will delay the process as much as possible and will try to put an objection after the long wait. All the person can do at that time is APPEAL which takes another 2 years. It really doesn't worth risking.

Yes, but they will send an objection even after the re-med (I think). Hope that doesn't happen to him, but be prepared brother (CanPak).

That is not true, I had re-medical,re-pcc & IMM forms than objection. Its all depend what that Yummy Aunty want to do.

I am sure when that Aunty arrive in the morning with Lali powder after saying good morning she must be singing " Aan Sharmaan way menu kinj dasa way mein tenu" and that is the time when she start looking for some excited pic's from peoples files. If no excited pic than issue a objection.

May be just wait a few more days for it to go in the system. Is your wife the sponsor? Or you the sponsor? If you are the sponsor then your info goes in the system along with the client ID and don't put any dashes juust type the numbers without spaces or dashes...
